The app doesn't work. I have an error message 'CLR error 80004005'. How can I fix it?

It is a system problem not related to our App.

An application installed on the end-user machine messed up some Windows components (.NET framework in this case).
But since we do not know why it happens (maybe some old software, or unofficial pc cleaning SW, or a cracked app, etc…), it's best to “refresh the PC without losing documents and personal data” as explained here.
